    Connor's Car Show

    Connor's Car Show is an annual event that put on to raise awareness and inclusion about down syndrome.  It is also used to raise funds to support DOWN SYNDROME PARTNERSHIP OF NORTH TEXAS & COOK CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER. Rubicon Home Team Realty is a proud sponsor of Connor's Car Show, and it's our privilege to support such a great event and cause.  This year's car show was April 22nd.  The weather was great and the turnout was amazing.  There were almost 650 cars present and over 30,000 spectators rolled through.     Market Update For Tarrant County, March 2023:The median home price increased from last month. $338,000  $340,000Active listings increased by about 150 from February.Closed sales increased by 454 from the previous month!DOM decreased slightly to 56 days on average.Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.8 months worth. Market Update For Denton County, March 2023:The median home price increased from last month. $427,766  $444,000Active listings increased by about 100 from February.Closed sales increased by almost 300 from the previous month!DOM decreased slightly to 64 days on average.Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.8 months worth. As interest rates continue on their downward trend, home prices will begin to increase.  You've probably heard, "date the rate, marry the house." Well, it's very true because mortgage rates will come down at some point and you can refinance.  Find the house you want now before prices start increasing again.
