April Housing Update

Home values are on the rise!  The market is heating up for summer.🔥  Mortgage rates are slowly decreasing, median selling prices are rising, and the active days on market are decreasing. Don't wait to buy because you are afraid of higher interest rates.  You can always refinance when the rates come down further, but home values just continue to increase.

Market Update For Denton County, April 2023:
💰The median home price increased from last month. $440K ➡️ $470K
🏠Active listings increased by almost 100 from last month.
🤝Closed sales had a small decrease from the previous month!
📆DOM decreased slightly to an average of 57 active days on the market.
🏘️Inventory continues to be low at 1.8 months worth.

Market Update For Tarrant County, April 2023:
💰The median home price increased from last month. $340,000 ➡️ $349,925
🏠Active listings decreased by 100 from last month.
🤝Closed sales had a small decrease from the previous month.
📆DOM decreased by almost 10 days to an average of 47 active days on the market.
🏘️Inventory continues to be low at 1.8 months worth.
