Market Update For Denton County, August 2023:
💰The median home price decreased from last month. $475,000 ➡️ $454,995.
🏠Active listings slightly decreased from July.
🤝Closed sales increased by almost 100 from the previous month.
📆DOM settled at an average of 37 active days on the market.
🏘️Inventory continues to be low at 2.4 months worth.

Market Update For Tarrant County, August 2023:
💰The median home price decreased from last month $355,000 ➡️ $351,561.
🏠Active listings increased by about 200 from last month.
🤝Closed sales increased by about 170 from July.
📆DOM stayed at an average of 35 active days on the market.
🏘️Inventory continues to be low at 2.3 months.
