Market Update For Tarrant County, March 2023:
πŸ’°The median home price increased from last month. $338,000 βž‘️ $340,000
🏠Active listings increased by about 150 from February.
🀝Closed sales increased by 454 from the previous month!
πŸ“†DOM decreased slightly to 56 days on average.
🏘️Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.8 months worth.

Market Update For Denton County, March 2023:
πŸ’°The median home price increased from last month. $427,766 βž‘️ $444,000
🏠Active listings increased by about 100 from February.
🀝Closed sales increased by almost 300 from the previous month!
πŸ“†DOM decreased slightly to 64 days on average.
🏘️Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.8 months worth.

As interest rates continue on their downward trend, home prices will begin to increase.  You've probably heard, "date the rate, marry the house." Well, it's very true because mortgage rates will come down at some point and you can refinance.  Find the house you want now before prices start increasing again.
