Check out these local Independence Day celebrations! 🎆 Keller Keller Parks & Recreation is looking forward to our third annual Keller Lights presented by Methodist Southlake Medical Center! This spectacular event celebrating American independence will run from 4-10 p.m. Saturday, July 1 at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy. Southlake Make every moment marvelous by celebrating America’s founding with an unforgettable night of family-friendly fun in Southlake, Texas. Each year, thousands gather in Town Square and nearby parks to participate in Southlake’s annual Stars and Stripes event. This epic outdoor celebration features live music, family-friendly activities, and a variety of festive foods transforming the community into one big patriotic party-all culminating in a colorful fireworks extravaganza at the end of the night. Fort Worth Celebrate Independence Day with a Texas-sized fireworks show at the 16th Annual Fort Worth’s Fourth on Tuesday, July 4, 2023! Home values are on the rise! The market is heating up for summer.🔥 Mortgage rates are slowly decreasing, median selling prices are rising, and the active days on market are decreasing. Don't wait to buy because you are afraid of higher interest rates. You can always refinance when the rates come down further, but home values just continue to increase.
