Market Update For Tarrant County, February 2023:
💰The median home price increased ever so slightly from last month. $337,590 ➡️ $338,000
🏠Active listings decreased by about 350 from January.
🤝Closed sales increased by almost 500 from the previous month!
📆DOM increased slightly to 59 days on average.
🏘️Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.7 months worth.

Market Update For Denton County, February 2023:
💰The median home price increased from last month. $423,205 ➡️ $ 427,766
🏠Active listings decreased by about 300 from January.
🤝Closed sales increased by almost 400 from the previous month!
📆DOM increased slightly to 68 days on average.
🏘️Inventory is still low and is sitting at 1.7 months worth.
