My middle child is super picky, and this is dish is one of his favorites. It also happens to be easy to make and everyone loves it. It goes great with a side salad or some fresh cooked veggies.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken
This is a family favorite. In fact, I'm making it tonight for dinner! I use a grill pan instead of skewers. It's so much easier. I also add in veggies to make it a one pan meal. I add red onion, green bell pepper, squash and zucchini cut in large pieces. The longer you marinate, the better.
